AOC Building Solutions

I'm John Babcock, Owner and CEO of AOC Building Solutions and The Art of Cleaning. Founded by my wife, Andrea Cruz, more than 15 years ago, our family business serves residential and commercial clients throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding communities, from Lakeville to St. Cloud and Buffalo to Stillwater. In July 2026, I retired as CEO of Satellite Industries after 34 years with the company to help lead our next chapter of growth. Andrea and I share a passion for building a business where our people and clients thrive. Our philosophy is simple: take care of employees, and they take care of customers, who in turn take care of the company. Our services include residential cleaning, carpet and window cleaning, commercial floor care, janitorial services, post-construction cleaning, and specialized terrazzo floor refinishing. We welcome every opportunity to help our clients care for their homes and workplaces.
